Our Quality Policy:

JIYA INFOTECH is focused on delivering quality results, first time and every time. Our Project Division works in close co-ordination with customer personnel to establish the highest standard and quality.

1) Quality Check Process Followed:
  1. Digitised drawings are checked on-screen by assigning the task to other member    and vise versa.
  2. Hard copy print out of same size is then taken for the Re-checked drawings and highlights the mistakes if any by a highlighter.
  3. After making necessary correction of the drawing, it is once again checked on-screen and delivers to customer.
2) Back up: Jiya takes daily back-up on CD after completion of days work. We also keep a copy to a separate system for safety.

3) Secrecy: Jiya understand the importance of having secrecy of any project. To maintain secrecy Jiya has its own internal process that has been taken care by supreme authority of the company. If required we also can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the project. Jiya do not display or exhibit any executed / ongoing project to others even order copies to other.
